Product prepared from fresh, clean and healthy fruits collected at their optimum stage of maturity, which have undergone different processes of selection, freezing in tunnel, selection, packaging, and storage at temperatures for their conservation (-20 ºC | -4 ºF).
They are members of the Boletus family of mushrooms, considered the (king) of the wild mushroom families for their pleasant, intense and profound flavor.The consistency of their meat and aroma are commonly predominant over other ingredients.
In Chile, these mushrooms are found in pine forests on the coast, from the 6th to the 8th regions. The production months in Chile are April and May.
Typical shelf life: 24 months from date of manufacturing.
